Journal of Islamic Management Studies (JIMS) is a scholarly refereed journal sponsored by the World Academy of Islamic Management (WAIM) and published bi-anually (February and July). The journal provides a scholarly platform for academicians and management professionals who are interested in the research and discussion of current issues and future challenges impacting the field of management from and Islamic perspective. It aims at promoting and disseminating relevant high-quality research in Islamic management and other related fields. as well as establishing a credible record of publishing high quality empirical research findings and conceptual papers from researchers and practitioners located in different part of the world. The journal will be indexed soon in reputable databases (e.g. SSCI, Scopus, et). Manuscripts focusing on the following areas will be preferred:

Publication Ethics

JIMS adheres to the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) standards. Submission of an article implies that:

The work has not been published previously except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture or academic thesis.

That it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

That its submission and publication in the journal is known to and approved by all co-authors.

That this is authors' original work and there are no falsification or fabrication of data, or plagiarism from other works, or duplicate publication of authors' own works, including any type of misappropriation.

A major goal of the journal of Islamic Management Studies is to disseminate the research efforts of authors and to make their works available as widely as possible to academicians, researchers, students and practitioners. Papers published in the journal must not be reprinted, reproduces or published in translated form without written permission.
